About Intentional Mindset Coaching

A grounded approach.

Intentional Mindset Coaching helps people think more clearly so they can move forward with intention.

This work is for people who are capable, reflective and motivated – yet find themselves stuck. Not because they lack discipline or insight, but because they’re caught in patterns of overthinking, internal pressure, or indecision that make clarity hard to access.

Mindset coaching creates space to slow down, understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface and make decisions you can trust. The goal isn’t to push change – it’s to make movement possible by reducing noise.

Meet Samuel.

Samuel Weintraub is a mindset coach who works with thoughtful professionals, creatives and leaders who want greater clarity, alignment and direction in their lives.

Samuel’s approach is calm, practical and relational. He doesn’t offer quick fixes or high-pressure motivation. Instead, he helps clients examine how they’re thinking, identify patterns that keep them stuck and reconnect with their own sense of agency.

Clients often come to Samuel feeling capable on the outside but unsettled internally. Through coaching, they gain clarity around what matters most, what’s getting in the way, and what their next steps actually are – without forcing answers before they’re ready.

Why this work?

Many people try to think their way out of feeling stuck – gathering more information, seeking advice, or pushing themselves harder – only to feel more overwhelmed.

Samuel noticed that what most people actually need isn’t more input or motivation. They need space to reflect, name patterns and understand themselves more clearly.

This work is grounded in the belief that understanding precedes change. When thinking becomes clearer, movement follows naturally.
