Mindset coaching is for people who know something isn’t working, even if they can’t yet explain why.

Many clients arrive here after a season of reflection, therapy, burnout, or transition. They’ve done a lot of thinking – and they’re ready for something different. Not pressure or formulaic solutions, but forward movement that actually fits their life.

Intentional Mindset Coaching is designed to help you understand what’s keeping you stuck and begin building what comes next.

Coaching for people who feel stuck – but ready to move forward.

Coaching vs. therapy.

Therapy and coaching serve different purposes – and both matter.

Therapy is archaeology.
It helps you understand the past – where things came from, how they formed and why they still affect you.

Coaching is architecture.
It helps you design and build forward – using insight, awareness and choice to shape what’s next.

This work is forward-focused. We don’t rush past emotions or try to “reframe” everything. Some things are sad. Some things are hard. All emotions have value.

But when reflection turns into rumination, coaching helps create movement.

Typical rhythm.

Coaching follows a supportive arc that helps you move forward without pressure or forced change. While each session is guided by what feels most important to you, many clients notice a natural rhythm as our work unfolds.

1. Introductory Conversation (Free)
A low-pressure conversation to understand what’s going on and see if this work feels like a good fit.

2. Sessions 1–3: Exploration
We slow down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface — patterns, assumptions, emotions, and internal blocks.

3. Sessions 4–6: Direction & Strategy
Together, we begin shaping what forward movement could look like — clarifying priorities, identifying options and designing next steps that align with your life.

4. Ongoing Sessions: Application & Integration
You begin applying insights in real life, with space for reflection, adjustment, and continued support as you move forward.

Every session remains flexible. You set the priorities and we pivot as needed.

What coaching looks like here.

Coaching with Samuel is calm, relational and intentional.

Sessions are not scripted or performative. They are conversations designed to help you:

  • Understand why certain patterns keep showing up

  • Notice the internal judgments that limit your choices

  • Separate what you can’t control from what you can

  • Make decisions you can stand behind

Samuel is deeply present in sessions – listening closely, reflecting language back to you, and creating space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or apologize for how you feel.

You won’t be alone in the discomfort. That’s part of the work.

Coaching is about reaching out for the support you need to begin to move in new ways.

  • Silence and reflection are welcome – never rushed

  • Emotional support is intentional, not incidental

  • Judgment is set aside so honesty can emerge

  • Progress is measured by clarity and choice, not speed

As Samuel often reminds clients:

If you don’t know you have a choice, you can’t make a choice.

What makes this different.
